Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Wabsar ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit wabsar.com, request a free eBook, purchase a digital product, or contact us.
We handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Where consent is required by law, we will obtain it before carrying out the relevant processing.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that is necessary to provide our products and services, verify payments, and operate our website.
Personal Information
When you request a free eBook, purchase a product, or contact us, we may collect your email address and any other information you voluntarily provide through the relevant form or communication.
Our free eBook form allows you to submit your email address to access the download. Our payment verification process requires your email address so that we can associate your payment submission with your purchase.
We do not require you to create a website account to download a free eBook or submit a payment verification request.
Payment Verification Information
Wabsar accepts payments through UPI using the QR code displayed on our website. After completing a payment, customers are required to submit their UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) number and payment screenshot for manual verification.
We may retain the submitted UTR number and screenshot to verify transactions, confirm purchases, investigate payment issues, maintain records, and resolve disputes.
Customers should avoid submitting screenshots containing unnecessary personal or financial information. We never ask customers to provide their UPI PIN, OTP, passwords, or banking authentication credentials.
Order and Transaction Information
For paid products and services, we may maintain records of the purchased product or service, purchase amount, payment verification status, transaction reference, and information needed to fulfil the purchase or respond to customer enquiries.
Website Usage Information
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to help us evaluate and improve website performance.
Depending on the configuration of Google Analytics, information collected may include pages visited, interactions with website content, browser or device information, approximate geographic information, and online identifiers or similar technical data.
The information collected depends on the analytics configuration and the technologies enabled on our website.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide free eBooks and fulfil purchases of digital products, automation templates, and consultation services.
- Verify UPI payments and confirm purchases.
- Deliver purchased products and communicate relevant download or access instructions.
- Maintain purchase, payment verification, and business records.
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve payment, delivery, or technical issues.
- Understand website usage through Google Analytics and improve our website and resources.
- Detect, investigate, and help prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not currently send marketing emails or add email addresses to a marketing mailing list as part of our standard eBook download or purchase process. If our communication practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
3. Payment Processing
Customers make payments directly through their chosen UPI application by scanning the UPI QR code displayed on our website.
Wabsar manually verifies submitted payment claims using the UTR number and payment screenshot provided by the customer. Payment submission alone does not confirm a purchase. Digital product delivery or consultation confirmation takes place after successful verification.
The UPI application, bank, or payment service provider used by the customer may independently collect and process transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Wabsar does not operate a card payment gateway through the QR-based payment process described in this policy.
4. Data Storage and Security
Information collected through our website and business processes may be stored in a PostgreSQL database, depending on the information and workflow involved.
We use stored information to fulfil purchases, verify payments, maintain business records, and respond to customer enquiries.
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Access to personal information should be limited to authorised persons who need it for legitimate business purposes.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable legal, accounting, record-keeping, and dispute-resolution requirements.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
We may share relevant information with service providers where necessary to operate our website, provide analytics, store data, deliver products, communicate with customers, or maintain business operations.
These providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and applicable arrangements.
We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to lawful requests, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We aim to limit any sharing to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
6. Google Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website and to help us improve its performance and content.
Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to collect website usage information, depending on the configuration enabled on our website. These technologies may process online identifiers, device or browser information, and interaction data.
Google may process information in accordance with its own privacy policies and applicable terms.
The cookies and tracking technologies actually used depend on our website configuration. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent before enabling non-essential analytics cookies or similar tracking technologies.
You can also review Google's privacy information and the settings available in your browser to understand and manage certain tracking preferences.
7. Email Communications
We use email addresses to provide requested eBooks, communicate about purchases, verify payments, deliver purchased resources, and respond to customer support requests.
We do not currently send marketing emails as part of our standard process.
Providing an email address to receive a free eBook or complete a purchase does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of information that is no longer required to be retained.
Certain information may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations, maintain business records, investigate disputes, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
To submit a privacy-related request, contact us at wabsarconsultancy@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
We will handle requests in accordance with the applicable data protection and privacy requirements.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services. These third parties may collect or process information under their own privacy policies and practices.
Wabsar does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information to them.
10. Children's Privacy
Our website and paid resources are not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information in circumstances that violate applicable law.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected in circumstances requiring parental consent or other safeguards that have not been met, we will take appropriate steps in accordance with applicable law.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our business practices, website configuration, service providers, or applicable legal requirements.
Any revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain consent before implementing them.
